NeuroDash terms of use

Using NeuroDash

You must be at least 16, or the higher minimum age that applies where you live, and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, protecting your account and devices, and activity performed through your account.

Use the service only for lawful personal purposes. Do not attempt to access another person’s data, disrupt the service, bypass security controls, upload malicious material, or use NeuroDash in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Your data and content

You retain your rights in the entries, notes, images, and other content you provide. You permit us to host and process that content only as needed to operate the features you request, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.

The privacy policy explains this processing in more detail. You can export entries, delete individual records, or permanently delete your account from Settings.

Service outputs

Trends, correlations, recommendations, weather, moon data, and AI-generated summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate. Treat them as prompts for reflection, not statements of fact or professional advice. Seek qualified medical help for health concerns and contact local emergency services in an emergency.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep NeuroDash available and protect stored data, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice of material changes that affect your data or access.

Ending use

You may stop using NeuroDash or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, unlawful use, or a serious breach of these terms. Account deletion is subject to the limited backup and legal-retention details in the privacy policy.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, NeuroDash is provided without promises that it will meet a particular medical, therapeutic, or personal outcome, and the operator is not responsible for losses caused by relying on service outputs as medical advice.

These terms are governed by the law that applies where the operator is established, while preserving any mandatory rights you have under the law of your home country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be presented before they take effect. Continued use after that date means the updated terms apply.
